Hybrid Curbside Protocol

Beginning September 1, we will be opening our doors and allowing clients back into the building for appointments with doctors only. Appointments with technicians or medication/food pick up will continue to be curbside.

Appointments with the Doctor

• Please call when you arrive for your appointment
• Only 1 person will be allowed into the building with each pet
• Receptionists will direct you on next steps for coming into the building
• We will need you to place your mask on and sanitize your hands in our vestibule before coming into an exam room
• Mask must be worn correctly at all times 
• Check out process will be done in exam room or over the phone
• Illiana Vet Hospital’s lobby will be closed during this time

Appointments with Technician

• Please call when you arrive
• Receptionist will take your name, parking spot number, and best number to reach you
• Tech will come out and get your pet to bring into the building
• Check out process will be done over the phone and pet will be brought back out to car
• Owners will not be able to come into building during this appointment

Medication and Food pick up

• Please call when you arrive
• Receptionist will take your name, what you are picking up, and parking spot number
• Check out process will be done over the phone
• Receptionist will bring your items out to your car with your receipt
